a fantastic stay in a lively location
clean pool area great variety cute atmosphere good quality
the pool area was a true highlight (i loved spending time there). it felt cute. the breakfast buffet offered good variety. the quality was also great. i appreciated the cleanliness of the pool and pool area.
the room cards were occasionally dysfunctional, requiring replacement about every 24 hours, which became a minor inconvenience.

the hotel offers great access to the town centre. it is only a short walk to reach a variety of shops and restaurants. the area surrounding the building provides a lively and engaging experience.

Excellent Stay. Minor Issues Resolved
clean room amazing food excellent location
The daily room cleaning was excellent. Fresh towels and sheets were always provided. I found the food to be amazing. I experienced no issues . The location was excellent. The hotel is very close to many attractions.
The room cards repeatedly stopped working. I had to get them replaced almost every day. This was an annoying inconvenience that needs addressing.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items and bucks fizz. The choices were adequate. Everything I needed was available. I consider this level of service highly commendable.

The pool gradually gets very deep. It reaches almost three meters, so parents should be cautious with young children. There is a lifeguard on duty much of the time, nice.

mixed feelings about this stay
yellow stains disruptive noise
The cleaning wasn't up to par. there were yellow stains on the toilet, and the tiles didn't seem properly cleaned. it just felt a bit grubby, disappointing. the noise from the cleaning staff each morning was also disruptive. They started banging around quite early.

The room was very clean! the beds felt so comfortable. Breakfast included great choices! the bar provided several drinks and snacks. The staff was helpful.
the pool area was nice though entertainers practiced all day with yellow bins
